Can't thank you enough!

After wearing bulky clip in hair extensions for six years I finally decided it would be worthwile to invest in permanent hair extensions.
I trawled the internet for weeks looking at salon's all over the country when I came across The Hair Extension Boutique, the reviews on the website were impecable as were the before and after pictures of previous clients.
SO i booked a consultation (which no other hair salon offered), the salon was GORGEOUS the decor was stunning and Helen the owner just added to how fantastic the place was. Helen took samples of my hair and talked me through every step of the process, she was absolutely wonderful! Everything she told me was relevant, informative and appropriate and I could see straight away what a genuine and hard working individual she was, so I booked a full head of extensions for the following week.
I had my extensions fitted yesterday and I was completely overwhelmed with everything, the hair looked unbelieveable, the service was fantastic and most of all Helen was amazing, I didn't need any entertainment during those seven hours as Helen was such a lovely person to speak to (and I believe we also put the world to rights during that time). Overall i couldn't offer Helen enough praise for everything she did and how amazing shes made my hair look,it was worth every single penny! Helen has a new recurring customer and I have lovely new hair and a lovely new friend aswell.

After a terrible haircut and colour at a different salon, i decided to stop feeling miserable about it and have hair extensions. I have had extensions before, so knew the pros and cons of the procedure - so i thought. After checking online i decided on the Hair extension boutique, as i felt they had the best reviews, and by far the best visual images, so good in fact that in comparison to other sites i actually wondered if they were for real! When i arrived for a consultation i immediately felt relaxed, and i knew i was in professional hands. Everything was explained, i did not feel rushed or pressured in anyway, i left the salon with my trial extensions and lots of info,to read at my own leisure. When the big day arrived, i was made to feel very welcome, with drinks and lunch, and even films to watch if i wanted. The day passed so quickly as Helen is a lovely friendly person, who at the same time remains 100% professional, something that many people find difficult to master. So, what did i think of the finished result? I was overjoyed, the result was fantastic, natural looking, soft, long and full, everything i wanted, but if i am honest didnt think could be achieved. The hair felt so lightweight and the colour match was perfect, Helen even toned it down for me slightly, as she knew i felt the colour was much too light from my previous hairdressing disaster. It was also very lightly cut, so the extensions and my real hair blended to give a natural finish, with no give away "step or join". Apart from feeling fabulous, i was surprised by amount of people who said i was looking so well and my hair was great - and when i told people i had hair extensions, every single person was so surprised, as the extensions looked so natural. The only problem now is - I dont think i can live without them!!!

The service provided by the Hair Extension Boutique was by far the that I have ever experienced - Helen makes every effort to make you feel comfortable and well looked after on every visit to the beautifully furnished salon. She takes time to explain the principles of application and ensures that you make the very best choices for your own hair type and colour. Consequently I was confident that she knew exactly the look I was hoping to achieve and I was overjoyed with the results - full, long and natural looking locks! The aftercare provided is also second to none, with great tips given on how best to maintain and care for your new tresses to the best standard. I would recommend anyone considering taking the plunge to go for it, and give Helen a call!

I decided to go to the Hair Extension Boutique after seeing some that Helen had done on a friend - they looked amazing. The quality of the hair was the thing that amazed me and the fact that they didn't look like extensions. My initial consultation was excellent and I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed, as I have done on all my visits to the Boutique. I had my extensions done in April and I am so pleased with them. The after care service has been excellent and I have already booked to have them taken out and put back in in July. If you are considering extensions then book a consultation with Helen - you won't be disappointed!

I visited The Hair Extension Boutique at the beginning of February 2011 after being advised by 3 other hair extension salons that my hair was too short for extensions. Over the previous months, I had returned to my natural colour, a dark brown from blonde and was waiting for my hair to grow. Unfortunately this was not happening quick enough for me and so for my 40th birthday decided to take the plunge and enquire about extensions. The initial consultation was very professional where both Helen and Nadine took their time to assess my hair type, colour match and offer advice on how to look after the extensions. I was over the moon when Helen advised me that I could in fact have extensions at the end of the consultation. The actual day was relaxing and enjoyable, even though the process took approx 8-9 hours due the length and thickness of my hair. The final result was well worth the long day and everyone has commented on how great the extensions look. Instead of feeling like I was on a conveyor belt at the hairdressers, I felt like an individual, a valued client and would highly recommend The Hair Extension Boutique. Helen and Nadine kept me topped up with tea, magazines and the offer of watching DVD`s was there, however I quite enjoyed the piece and quiet away from the stress of work for a change. Extremely professional, thank you again.

I have been having hair extensions for over three years now. Prior to coming to the Hair Extension Boutique, I had experiences with various 'hairdressers' using weaves, pre-bonded Balmain and then a mix of both ( bad times). Helen was recommended to me by another hairdresser ( not my extensions hairdresser) infomring me she had a client prior to me with the 'best looking hair extensions I have ever seen'. that good, she had asked her client who did them and got the number for me. I literally have never looked back since. The difference in hair quality and service is insurmountable. Helen spends time and effort making sure every detail is lovely from blending to cutting to colouring. I love my hair now. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else, because I have found the best. she is superb and as a person, an absolute delight. You would be foolish not to see for yourself - fact!

I have had hair extension fitted and refitted over the last 12 months. I have been amazed at the very natural look of my extensions. I recently attended a family function, seeing relatives i have not seen for a couple of years. Not one person guessed i had extensions, but everybody commented on how much my hair had "GROWN" and how lovely it looked. Extensions of this quality are not cheap, however it is my one real indulgence and is worth every single penny.

I had been to see 2 other salons who told me that my hair was too short and people would be able to see the bonds. I went to see Helen, and she advised me that the bonds that she would put in were so small they wouldn't be seen. I have never been as happy with my hair as i am now. Due to a medical condition that has damaged my hair, I decided on hair extensions to increase the volume and length. After careful consideration, I decided on the Hair Extension Boutique. The consultation, which was free of charge was very helpful. Helen listened to what I wanted, as well as offering advice on what would best suit my hair. I wanted natural looking extensions and that's exactly what I got. Helen matched he colours perfectly to my natural hair and made me feel at ease during the whole process. I was given a little gift bag with a selection of brushes, shampoos and lots of tips/advice on how to manage my hair. My friends, family and work colleges can not believe how amazing they look, I really do have my confidence back! If you are considering hair extensions this is the only place to go! I first visited the Hair Extention Boutique in January 2010, and I can honestly say that finding the website, and Helen is the best thing I have ever done! After wearing 'clip-in' extensions for many years my hair had become damaged and was lacking good condition. I booked in for a consultation which was free of charge where Helen answered all of my many questions and gave me great advise and service.
I then spent the day having my full head of hair extensions fitted, I was nervous but also very excited! The end result was apsolutly fantanstic! My hair felt luxurious and looked so natural. Many of my friends and family commented on my hair as they could not believe how natural they actually looked. The hair is easy to look after and doesnt not require much maintenance if looked after in the correct way. The after care products are free and smell lovely!
Going to the Hair Extention Boutique gave me confindence that I could not recieve anywhere else. I am so so happy with the end result!
I loved my hair so much that I have been going back for regular re-fits ever since, I was nervy the first time I had them re-fitted as I didnt know what the condition of my natural hair would be like, but it is true what Helen says, my hair was in better condition than before I had had them put in, I was so pleased.
I would recommend anyone who wants to achieve natural looking hair extentions to book a consultation with Helen. Helen is great and makes you feel at ease the minute you walk into the salon, you can relax, chat and even watch TV while your hair is being fitted!!... :)

I first visited The Hair Extension Boutique for a consultation as my hair had become very fine due to alopecia when I was a teenager. I was interested in getting hair extensions to add thickness and length to my hair and boost my confidence again. The consultation was really friendly, thorough and personal, and Helen listened to my story and studied my hair before advising me on the length and thickness she recommended for my hair type. She selected four different colours to match my hair colour perfectly, and I booked an appointment to have the extensions fitted. I am so happy with my gorgeous head of hair! I have had lovely comments (even from strangers!) complimenting my thick, healthy looking hair. The aftercare advice was fantastic and easy to follow, with products included in the service to help me to maintain the extensions. The extensions are fantastic value which is really refreshing compared to many other salons that over charge and don't deliver a service that matches the experience on offer at The Hair Extension Boutique. I'd recommend to anyone - I'm so so happy!
