What's Included?
First Application:
The initial cost includes the application of the hair extensions; blending, cutting and styling; a home care pack; one complimentary check up; and one complimentary maintenance appointment.
Subsequent Applications:
The cost for subsequent applications (every 3 months) includes removing the hair extensions; a trim of your natural hair; wash and blow dry; reapplying the hair extensions/applying new hair extensions; blending, cutting and styling; and one complimentary maintenance appointment. Any additional hair required for a reapplication will incur an additional charge.
Deposit & Payment
An initial deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining fees are payable on the day of your appointment. We accept cash and card payments. Sorry we no longer accept cheques.

Reapplication Deposits
A reapplication deposit of £100 is required upon booking an appointment to have your hair extensions reapplied (£50 deposit applies for a partial head application). You may be required to pay a larger deposit if you would like to use new hair for your reapplication. The cost of the deposit will be deducted off the total cost of your appointment. The remaining fees are payable on the day of your appointment.
Re-using Hair
Due to the premium quality of our hair it may be reused for multiple reapplications. Please note that when reusing all the same hair you may lose up one inch off the length of your hair extensions, as the original bond will be trimmed from the top of each extension in order to create a new one. For Half Head reapplications, your own hair may need to be trimmed by approximately one inch to allow for this. Generally, it is not usually possible to reuse all the hair for a Partial Head, since after the extensions have been removed and reapplied they would be shorter in length, and would therefore not blend with the natural hair.
Payment Terms & Conditions
- All deposits are non-refundable, so please be certain that you wish to proceed with the hair extensions fitting before booking an appointment. Cancellations will result in deposits being forfeited as a cancellation fee.
- 72 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment. For appointments rescheduled with less than 72 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee, and you will be required to pay a new deposit for the rescheduled appointment.
- Refunds and/or replacements are not given under any circumstances.
- Our price list is intended as a guide only. The cost of services varies from person to person according to individual requirements, natural hair types, hair density and hair colours. Since every client is unique, an accurate quotation can only be given after an initial consultation.
- The Hair Extension Boutique reserves the right to amend prices at any time without warning, at our own discretion.
Please note, we do not remove, maintain or cut hair extensions fitted by any party other than The Hair Extension Boutique.
