Included in the price of our hair extensions is our comprehensive Maintenance Programme.
This includes two complimentary appointments:
* One free check-up appointment
* One free maintenance appointment
We request new clients to return for their first check-up appointment after 2 weeks of the initial application.
Essentially this appointment is to examine the extensions and to ensure that the home care guidelines have been followed correctly. In the unlikely event that you happen to lose any hair extensions within the first 2 weeks of application, we will re-apply them free of charge.
Your second appointment can be scheduled any time within 8 weeks after the initial hair extensions application.
Clients who have had a full head of extensions fitted are entitled to a complimentary one-hour maintenance appointment, and clients who have had a half head or less are entitled to a complimentary half-hour maintenance appointment.
Should you lose any hair extensions within the first 8 weeks we advise that you book an appointment within this time in order to take advantage of our free of charge maintenance appointment.
Clients must arrive for maintenance appointments with hair freshly shampooed with conditioner applied only to the ends of the hair.
We request that you bring any extensions that have fallen out with you to your maintenance appointments – clean (shampooed where necessary), brushed through, sorted into different lengths, and laid flat – please do not bring them in a hair ball!
New clients must attend their initial 2 week check up in order to qualify for the complimentary 8-week maintenance appointment.
Any additional maintenance appointments required will be charged at £60 per hour (minimum charge is one hour). Any extra hair extensions required will incur an additional charge.
